📋 Description

• Actively market YOUCISION® products – in person, online, or at events • Build your own network of customers and sales partners • Independently plan offline events: university open days, open-house events, festivals, and retail open Sundays & public holidays (pop-up stands) • Independently plan online events: partnerships, promotional collaborations, and social media channels • Present our brand with authenticity and enthusiasm

🎯 Requirements

• Enjoy working with people • Reliability, initiative, and motivation • Interest in vegan, sustainable cosmetics • Strong communication skills — both in person and digitally • Enjoy driving projects forward and trying new things • Advantageous (not required): initial experience in sales, content creation, or social media • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar
