📋 Description

• Actively market YOUCISION® products — on-site, online, and at events • Build your own network of customers and sales partners • Independently plan offline events: university open days, festivals, shopping Sundays and public holidays (pop-up stands) • Independently plan online events: collaborations, advertising partnerships, and social media channels • Present our brand with authenticity and enthusiasm

🎯 Requirements

• Enjoy working with people • Reliability, initiative, and self-motivation • Interest in vegan, sustainable cosmetics • Strong communication skills — face-to-face and digital • Enjoy driving projects forward and experimenting with new approaches • Advantageous (not required): initial experience in sales, content creation, or social media • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar
