📋 Description

• Develop and maintain high-availability Internet Banking systems, Checkout, and payment integrations. • Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver new features. • Write clean, testable, and efficient code, following team standards and best practices. • Support the architectural evolution of systems by proposing continuous improvements. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to strengthening the team’s technical culture. • Investigate and resolve production issues with a focus on stability and the quality of the user experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Elixir and the Phoenix Framework (including LiveView). • Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TailwindCSS for modern front-end development. • Experience with Redis and relational databases (PostgreSQL). • Familiarity with messaging and event-driven systems, preferably Kafka. • Understanding of microservices architectures and inter-service communication. • Good practices in Clean Code, Git version control, and automated testing. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and continuous delivery. • Ability to read and write technical English. • Previous experience with financial systems, payments, or digital banking (advantage). • Knowledge of Open Finance, Pix, or integrations with payment gateways or banking APIs (advantage). • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry, etc.) (advantage). • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) (advantage). • Interest in Elixir OTP, concurrent processes, and performance tuning (advantage). • Participation in technical communities, open-source projects, or tech events (advantage).
