• Consult with clients to understand their preferences, budgets, and expectations • Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, excursions, and related services • Coordinate reservations and confirm detailed arrangements • Maintain accurate client records and documentation • Provide ongoing support before, during, and after each clients experience • Stay informed about destination updates, industry trends, and supplier offerings • Deliver exceptional customer service and timely follow-up
