📋 Description

• Develop a clear product vision and refine our product strategy based on a deep understanding of users' needs and our goals • Construct user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts • Design end-to-end flows and experiences that are simple and elegant • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape by deconstructing industry and competitor trends • Work closely with our CEO, CTO, and engineers to create features and solve UX/UI problems • Understand our clients’ journey and build software that enables best-in-class experiences • Develop and implement processes needed to scale product management including prioritization, writing product requirement documents (PRDs), and user stories

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with sketching, wireframes, visual design, and prototyping for product experiences • Experience designing and shipping applications or software • Ability to lead the creation of design systems and component libraries • At least 3 years of experience in product design across at least 2 companies • Expertise in modern product design software (Figma/Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.) • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to turn product requirements, user research, usability feedback, and personal design aesthetics into easy-to-use solutions • An entrepreneur — you must be comfortable rolling up your sleeves, thriving in ambiguity, and getting the work done
