📋 Description

• Repair and perform maintenance on systems on-site in accordance with manufacturer specifications • Ensure high customer satisfaction in system support • Ensure cost-effective and sustainable service delivery within the customer's infrastructure • Record all service-relevant data in the service management system • Assess and process warranty and guarantee cases • Actively promote technical services according to the applicable service catalog • Maintain efficient communication and cooperation with the sales team

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an Information Electronics Technician for Office Systems (Informationselektroniker Bürosystemtechnik) or an equivalent qualification • Ideally, solid system knowledge of copier and printer technology with professional experience • Knowledge of IT and network technology • Team player with a passion for technology and customer consulting • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Basic knowledge of English (reading) • Driver's license class B
