📋 Description
• Manage the team of Analysts • Maintain work pace and operational discipline • Deliver and complete the setup of the working methodology, processes and tools • Create controls for day-to-day operations • Perform managerial analyses, results and KPI management • Manage cash and cash flow projections • Participate in weekly meetings and monthly closing meetings with clients • Ensure client satisfaction through monthly NPS evaluation
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience as a Controller, Senior Analyst or Finance Manager • Familiarity with financial operational routines • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets • Knowledge of SaaS business models • Experience in FP&A • Advanced knowledge of legal, tax and accounting aspects • Familiarity with the use, features, and value propositions of financial SaaS tools on the market • Intermediate English • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting or related fields • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance is a plus • Knowledge of the startup market and ecosystem
