📋 Description

• Create new content from the existing content library, including short-form video, reels, carousels, posts and graphics, for each brand. • Schedule, publish and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and other social channels as needed. • Write and build emails and campaigns, owning execution after ideation and final review by the Marketing Lead. • Produce creatives for paid ads and marketing campaigns, including statics, video concepts, hooks and copy. • Manage the content pipeline end to end, ensuring raw footage reaches editors, edits are completed on time and quality is maintained. • Own the marketing technology stack, including scheduling tools, design and editing software, email platforms, CRMs and AI tools. • Set up, troubleshoot and maintain marketing tools. • Use AI tools to scale copy, scripts, image and video assets while preserving brand voice. • Expand the marketing system from the medical aesthetics brand to the consulting business and founder's personal brand. • Track engagement, reach, email and ad metrics and provide short weekly updates to the Marketing Lead.

🎯 Requirements

• Very Creative: A strong eye for content, design and hooks. You can look at existing footage and see five new pieces of content. • Doer Mentality: Proven track record of executing at high volume. You don't wait for instructions to get things done. • Content & Social Experience: 2+ years creating and posting content and managing social channels for brands, ideally across multiple brands at once. • Ad Creative Experience: Experience coming up with creatives for paid social (Meta, TikTok or YouTube ads). • Email Copywriting: Strong writing skills to turn ideas into polished emails and captions. • Project Management: Highly organized and "tight" on details. Able to keep editors and deadlines on track. • Advanced English Level: Exceptional written and spoken communication is mandatory. • Experience marketing a medical aesthetics, med spa, beauty or wellness brand. • Experience growing a founder or CEO personal brand. • Experience with consulting or B2B services marketing. • Hands-on video editing skills. • A portfolio of content, creatives and campaigns you've produced. • Quiet workspace with fast internet, webcam and microphone for video calls. • Ability to accommodate different schedules and time zones.
