📋 Description

• Build highly scalable features integrating with dozens of blockchains • Design and architect data models for optimal storage and retrieval with sub-second blockchain-data query latency • Collaborate with data scientists, backend engineers, product managers, and customer-facing teams to design scalable data solutions • Understand user needs and translate them into scalable data products • Write clear design documents, communicate tradeoffs, and build cross-disciplinary alignment • Drive scoping and execution of projects impacting multiple teams • Partner with stakeholders on product vision and technical roadmaps • Ensure system health and quality through operational reviews, testing strategies, and monitoring rigor • Build and deliver data services analyzing blockchain transaction activity at petabyte scale • Mentor engineers and analysts and improve team capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field • 5+ years of hands-on experience architecting scalable API development and distributed system architecture, and guiding projects from ideation through production deployment • Exceptional programming skills in Python • Adeptness in SQL or SparkSQL • Experience with data stores such as BigQuery and Postgres • Experience building pipelines, data platforms, or ML/BI workflows from scratch • Proficiency with Airflow and DBT • Expertise in Dataflow, Spark, Kafka, and Flink • Competence deploying and monitoring infrastructure in public cloud platforms using Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Datadog • Proven ability to load, query, and transform extensive datasets • Experience mentoring engineers or analysts • AI fluency; bonus experience with LLMs or AI-powered workflows • Ability to work effectively in a distributed, high-intensity, high-ownership environment
