📋 Description

• TRM Labs mission-driven blockchain intelligence company fighting crime and creating a safer world • Own the end-to-end billing and invoicing process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Operations, FP&A, and Legal to reflect contract terms in billing and revenue recognition • Drive collections by monitoring receivables, resolving disputes, and partnering with customers to improve payment cycles • Identify and implement process improvements and automation to reduce manual effort and strengthen controls • Support audit readiness by maintaining documentation and strengthening internal controls • Ensure invoicing practices align with ASC 606, including contract review and revenue treatment documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of billing, accounts receivable, or revenue operations experience (ideally in high-growth SaaS or fintech) • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration preferred • Strong understanding of billing systems and invoicing workflows (experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar ERP/CRM platforms) • Exceptional attention to detail and ownership mindset • Strong communication and problem-solving skills for cross-functional partnership and customer issue resolution • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formula logic) • Ability to drive process automation and operational improvements for scalability and accuracy • Knowledge of ASC 606 and experience aligning invoicing practices and reviewing contracts for revenue treatment • Experience working with government and public sector clients
