•TRM Labs is a blockchain intelligence company committed to fighting crime and creating a safer world. •Senior Business Process Automation Engineer role to identify, design, and deploy intelligent automation solutions to eliminate manual work and accelerate data analysis. •Expected to deliver automations saving cumulative 80 hours of manual work per week within first six months. •Work with low-code platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier), custom code (JavaScript/Python), and AI models. •Lead discovery and analysis of business processes across all departments and architect scalable automation workflows. •Develop complex integrations with systems like Jira, Slack, Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Notion, Google Workspace, and BigQuery. •Pioneer AI within automations, build agentic workflows, use LLMs, and implement evaluation frameworks. •Serve as platform owner for AI and automation tech stack; work with Infrastructure and enhance UX. •Champion security standards in automations and ensure secure handling of sensitive data. •Own end-to-end lifecycle of automation projects from ideation to deployment and monitoring.
🎯 Requirements
•5+ years of experience in process automation, software development, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successfully deployed projects that delivered measurable business value. •Expert-level proficiency with at least one enterprise-grade low-code/no-code automation platform (e.g., n8n, Make). •Strong scripting and development skills in JavaScript (Node.js) and/or Python. •Proficiency in software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices, version control (Git), automated testing and CI/CD. •Deep expertise in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and designing scalable, fault-tolerant workflow architectures. •Demonstrated experience architecting complex, multi-system API integrations. •A security-first mindset with proven experience building systems that handle sensitive or confidential data. •Excellent communication skills. •A proactive and autonomous work ethic.
