📋 Description

• Take assigned work — migrations, security projects, cloud deployments, infrastructure refreshes, EHR-adjacent implementations — and drive it to completion • Manage the full lifecycle of technical projects from kickoff to close — scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk • Coordinate internal engineers, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reporting • Track budget and hours against scope • Identify risks early and drive them to resolution before go-live • Confirm every project meets security and HIPAA requirements • Be the single point of accountability for the client • Run structured project reviews and capture lessons learned

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years managing technical IT projects in a managed services (MSP) or cloud services (CSP) environment • Hands-on experience running projects in a service provider setting • Working knowledge of infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms (Microsoft 365/Azure), security fundamentals, and IT service delivery • Proven track record delivering multiple concurrent projects on time and on budget • Comfortable managing vendors, contracts, and third-party dependencies • Familiarity with PSA/RMM tools (ConnectWise, Autotask, or similar) and project management platforms • Direct experience delivering IT projects for healthcare organizations • Working knowledge of HIPAA, PHI handling, and healthcare compliance requirements • Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, CompTIA Project+, etc.) is preferred
