📋 Description

• Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive paid media strategies for healthcare accounts • Assist in developing and drive lead generation strategies • Experience in outlining media plans for multi-channel campaigns • Manage multi-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and KPIs • Develop and deliver insightful monthly reports, outlining key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations • Proactively identify opportunities for campaign optimization and implement data-driven adjustments • Maintain advanced knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in paid media • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution • Confidently present campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clients

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years of proven experience in paid media campaign development, deployment, and analysis, with a minimum of 2 years in the healthcare industry • Advanced experience in managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Microsoft Ads, DSPs, and other ad serving platforms • Understanding of the healthcare marketing landscape • Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Looker Studio, with the ability to navigate the data and find answers • Experience in campaign data analysis and storytelling • Proven ability to develop and implement successful lead generation strategies • Experience with conversion tracking and an understanding of attribution modeling • Experience in A/B testing and optimization techniques • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote agency environment
