• Handle the end-to-end setup and launch of multi-channel paid media campaigns (e.g., search, display, social, native). • Focus on the technical execution, including the precise setup and testing of conversion tracking, audience lists, and campaign tagging to ensure data accuracy. • Assist with routine campaign optimizations, applying best practices to improve performance metrics like bid adjustments, budget pacing, and minor ad rotations as directed. • Support the team by pulling campaign data and organizing it for weekly and monthly reports, assisting with the fundamental data analysis needed to inform recommendations.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in building, setting up, and managing campaigns within digital advertising platforms. • Proven ability to work directly within platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Business Manager, DSPs (StackAdapt), and streaming audio (Pandora/Spotify) • Solid understanding of conversion tracking implementation and basic web analytics principles (e.g., how to place pixels/tags, common tracking errors). • A self-motivated team member who excels at following directions, hitting deadlines, and has a strong desire to master the technical aspects of campaign production.
