📋 Description
• Partner with product and engineering to align design outcomes with business goals • Translate research insights into actionable strategies and help define product roadmaps • Lead design initiatives that align user goals and business goals, incorporating AI when it enhances the user journey • Create and maintain scalable, elegant design systems and visual systems that accommodate AI-driven personalization • Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate research planning and analysis
🎯 Requirements
• 3–5 years of product design experience • Proven track record of design solutions with measurable business impact • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process from research to implementation • Advanced understanding of design methods including problem-framing, information architecture, workflow, UI style and theming, prototyping, and design system documentation • Experience leading qualitative user research and translating insights into actionable recommendations • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team environment.
