📋 Description

• Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for digital and packaging projects based on brand direction, marketing briefs, and customer experience principles. • Design and adapt packaging across product lines using established brand templates. • Create digital design assets for websites, social media, emails, and campaigns. • Maintain consistent visual identity across design outputs and align work with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. • Develop and evolve logos, icons, color systems, typography, and layout frameworks. • Translate marketing strategies into visually compelling campaigns supporting brand equity and sales growth. • Mentor and guide junior designers through feedback and creative direction. • Research emerging design trends, creative formats, and audience insights. • Design and develop responsive, high-performing web pages with a mobile-first approach. • Collaborate with marketing, media, and copywriting teams on eCommerce landing pages. • Apply UX/UI best practices to create intuitive, visually engaging, performance-optimized layouts. • Develop reusable page templates and modular design systems. • Ensure web assets meet responsiveness, accessibility, and loading-performance standards. • Coordinate promotional web materials for accuracy, brand consistency, and timely delivery. • Review and refine junior designers’ work.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and web design work. • Clear examples of mobile-first design projects are a plus. • Expertise in responsive and mobile UX/UI design. • Experience optimizing layouts, images, and performance for smaller screens. • Experience using AI tools to streamline creative processes, generate ideas, or enhance productivity. • Willingness to learn and adopt new AI tools. • Excellent communication skills for remote, cross-functional collaboration. • Self-driven, highly organized, and accountable to deadlines. • Skilled in managing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail. • Comfortable using Figma, Slack, and Wrike. • Laptop / CPU with acceptable speed. • At least 1 monitor screen, inclusive of laptop screen. • Noise-cancelling headset with microphone. • Webcam. • Designated workstation. • Stable and strong power and internet connectivity. • Noise-free and conducive work environment.
