📋 Description

• Invoice Processing: Review and process a high volume of vendor invoices and payments across multiple locations and entities, ensuring compliance with company policies. • Account Reconciliation: Request vendor account statements, perform reconciliations, and research and correct any discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records. • Vendor Communication: Communicate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and respond to inquiries promptly. • Financial Reporting Support: Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes, including generating and distributing billing reports to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting Knowledge: 2–3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting, with a solid understanding of basic accounting principles. • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with financial software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Mediaocean, or Strata. • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to effectively interact with vendors and internal teams. • Organizational Abilities: Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic work environment. • Working in UK Time Zone • AI experience is necessary.
