📋 Description

• Map current-state workflows end-to-end and diagnose operational friction • Redesign target-state operations using AI and improve human-agent collaboration • Design operating models covering organizational structure, roles, governance, interactions, and value realization • Establish performance baselines and measurement frameworks • Diagnose value gaps in stalled implementations and restore paths to ROI • Build AI-powered prototypes using LLM APIs, platform-native features, and low-code/no-code environments • Use working demos and prototypes to align stakeholders within client processes • Evaluate practical AI applications and advise clients on realistic expectations • Support rollout of tools and workflows through process design and change management • Design enablement materials connecting technology implementations to operating models • Support engagement scoping and diagnostic assessments for value capture, implementation readiness, and adoption strategy • Contribute reusable frameworks and tools to improve practice qualification and scoping

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in management consulting or equivalent roles within enterprise technology, SaaS, or professional services • Demonstrated expertise in at least two of: organizational design, operating model transformation, change management, technology enablement, process engineering, or go-to-market execution • Proven track record of building structured, evidence-based arguments to influence and align senior stakeholders • Hands-on experience building functional AI-powered workflows, automations, and prototypes • Ability to rapidly scope and build a working proof of concept within a client engagement • Ability to work autonomously without a dedicated engineering team • Strong diagnostic mindset focused on understanding root causes and broken processes • Accountability for measurable outcomes and impact • Ability to operate in a forward-deployed capacity alongside client engineers, product leads, and operators • Experience in large-scale organizational assessments, process redesigns, or large-scale technology rollouts highly preferred
