📋 Description

• Technical Leadership: Lead the design and architecture of major backend systems, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and maintainable. • Hands-On Development: Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code in Python using the FastAPI framework. • Team Mentorship: Guide, mentor, and support a team of backend engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. • Code Quality: Establish and enforce best practices for coding, testing, and deployment through code reviews and technical documentation. • System Performance: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance, reliability, and security.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional backend development experience. • Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer mentoring other developers. • Strong expertise in Python and deep hands-on experience with FastAPI. • Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices. • Experience with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis). • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker). • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing. • Located in Latin America. • Fluent in English.
