📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code best practices. • Manage Kubernetes (GKE) environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficient resource utilization. • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins to enable reliable software delivery. • Monitor infrastructure health through observability, logging, alerting, and incident response improvements. • Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to support analytics platforms and data pipelines built on Snowflake, dbt, Dagster, and BigQuery. • Maintain and modernize hybrid infrastructure, including Windows Server, Oracle, SQL Server, and legacy AWS environments. • Improve identity and access management by implementing modern authentication solutions such as Workload Identity and OIDC. • Detect and resolve infrastructure drift while ensuring environments remain secure, reproducible, and cost-efficient. • Partner with internal engineering teams and external infrastructure providers to continuously improve platform reliability and cloud standards. • Mentor engineers and promote DevOps best practices, automation, and operational excellence across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Engineering. • Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (AWS or Azure experience is also valued if willing to ramp up on GCP). • Advanced experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code, including state management and drift detection. • Production experience managing Kubernetes environments (GKE preferred). • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools. • Strong understanding of cloud networking, IAM, security, and infrastructure automation. • Experience supporting hybrid environments combining modern cloud infrastructure with legacy Windows and database platforms. • Familiarity with data platforms such as Snowflake, dbt, Dagster, or BigQuery. • Scripting experience with Python or Bash. • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Advanced English communication skills. • Nice to Have: Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or Windows Server administration. • Nice to Have: Experience with Auth0, OIDC, or modern identity management solutions. • Nice to Have: Knowledge of FinOps or cloud cost optimization practices. • Nice to Have: Experience supporting large-scale analytics or data platform infrastructure. • Nice to Have: Previous experience mentoring engineers or leading DevOps initiatives.
