📋 Description

• Develop and maintain data analytics solutions supporting business objectives and value in care delivery • Design, build, and maintain complex data models for operational and reporting needs • Work with internal and external teams to implement data-driven solutions improving care delivery and business value • Develop and implement data quality and integrity standards • Conduct data exploration and investigation to identify insights and patterns in healthcare and business systems data • Develop and maintain data infrastructure, including data pipelines, databases, and data warehousing solutions • Develop, automate, and maintain reports and dashboards providing actionable insights to stakeholders • Communicate technical work products and complex technical concepts to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with data in an analytical, engineering, or business environment • Senior-level proficiency • Strong working knowledge of SQL • Experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift is a plus • Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, scripting, and automation • Ability and interest in operationalizing new data and AI tools, with a focus on cloud-based platforms • Experience developing or contributing to complex data models, particularly leveraging DBT • Experience working with healthcare or other regulated sensitive data such as banking, fintech, insurance, or government data • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, healthcare informatics, statistics, or related fields is nice to have • Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect is nice to have • Must be currently based in Latin America
