📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain complex data models supporting critical operational and reporting needs. • Work with internal and external teams to implement data-driven solutions to improve care delivery and business value. • Develop and implement data quality and integrity standards to ensure accurate and reliable data. • Conduct data exploration and investigation to identify insights and patterns in healthcare and business systems data. • Develop and maintain data infrastructure, including data pipelines, databases, and data warehousing solutions. • Develop, automate, and maintain reports and dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with data in an analytical, engineering, or business environment (senior-level proficiency is required). • Strong working knowledge of SQL. • Experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift is a plus. • Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, scripting, and automation. • Ability and interest in operationalizing new data and AI tools, with a focus on cloud-based platforms. • Experience with developing or contributing to complex data models, particularly leveraging DBT. • Experience working with healthcare or other regulated sensitive data such as banking, fintech, insurance, government, etc. • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, healthcare informatics, statistics, or related fields is nice to have. • Experience with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Dagster, Prefect) is nice to have. • Must be currently based in Latin America.
