📋 Description

• Lead the design and implementation of a modern, headless front-end architecture for a high-traffic news platform • Drive timely execution of key front-end releases for an ambitious launch goal early next year • Define and advocate front-end engineering standards for code quality, component design, testing, and code reviews • Own Core Web Vitals, SEO, accessibility, and page-speed performance across user-facing surfaces • Integrate scalable headless CMS solutions with in-house backend APIs • Mentor mid-level engineers and partner with engineering leadership on architectural direction • Leverage and continuously refine AI-assisted and agentic workflows in the engineering lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of senior-level front-end ownership on production systems • Strong production experience with React and Next.js, including SSR, SSG, ISR, and App Router • Fluent in TypeScript as the main programming language • Proven experience connecting front-ends with headless CMS and APIs • Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals, CDNs, caching, and asset optimization • Daily usage of AI coding tools and agentic workflows • Professional fluency in English for daily work with a US team
