📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex frontend and backend features • Build scalable, maintainable applications using TypeScript across client and server • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and Node.js server-side applications • Build modern, responsive user interfaces with Svelte/SvelteKit or comparable technologies • Design and maintain relational database schemas, migrations, and performance-focused queries • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions • Participate in architecture discussions, technical design decisions, and engineering standards • Develop automated tests and contribute to testing and code-quality strategies • Build and maintain CI/CD workflows and Docker-based environments • Deploy and operate production applications using AWS cloud services and serverless architectures • Research and evaluate technologies, tools, and methodologies • Use AI-assisted development tools for planning, coding, testing, and debugging • Collaborate directly with clients through meetings, technical discussions, and product demonstrations • Participate in daily standups and bi-weekly sprint cycles

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience • Expert-level proficiency with TypeScript, including advanced language features and complex type definitions • Strong experience with server-side TypeScript and Node.js, including developing and consuming RESTful APIs • Strong experience with Svelte, SvelteKit, React, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks • Experience with relational databases and SQL, including schema design, migrations, and query optimization • Strong understanding of software testing, code quality, and maintainable development practices • Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based development workflows • Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and experience deploying or supporting cloud-based applications • Experience contributing to architecture and technical design decisions for production applications • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work directly with clients and translate business requirements into technical solutions • Ability to work effectively and independently in a small, collaborative engineering team • Demonstrated practical experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools • Ability to articulate AI tools' capabilities and limitations, including accuracy, security, reliability, and responsible use
