📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end product design initiatives from discovery through delivery; • Transform complex workflows into intuitive, user-centered experiences; • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs; • Establish and evolve design systems and interaction patterns; • Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define solutions; • Contribute to product strategy through strong product thinking and user empathy; • Balance speed and quality while working in an iterative environment; • Advocate for design excellence and user experience best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing consumer-grade SaaS products; • Experience with workflow-driven or dashboard-based applications; • Experience designing analytics-heavy experiences; • Experience working within startup or early-stage product environments; • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and execution;
