📋 Description

• Create high-quality visual designs for web, digital campaigns, email, social, and other digital channels • Design polished, responsive digital experiences with strong visual hierarchy and attention to detail • Translate brand guidelines and creative direction into cohesive digital experiences • Develop concepts from initial exploration through final execution • Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, content, and development teams • Work with developers to ensure designs are accurately translated into the final experience • Support editorial and content-driven digital experiences • Contribute to integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels • Present design concepts and communicate design decisions to stakeholders • Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs as needed • Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a high level of quality • Take ownership of projects and proactively drive work forward • Leverage AI tools such as Claude in creative workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Figma for web and digital design • Strong familiarity with responsive web design tools and digital design workflows • Strong visual and digital design skills, with experience creating high-quality web experiences • Excellent understanding of typography, composition, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy • Proficiency in responsive design principles across different devices and screen sizes • Experience applying brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across digital assets • Ability to create visually engaging designs for digital campaigns and marketing initiatives • Reliable internet connection and a laptop • Currently based in Latin America
