📋 Description

• Produce high-quality marketing and production design assets; • Collaborate with designers, strategists, writers, and producers; • Work within existing design systems and brand guidelines; • Leverage AI tools (Claude and others) to streamline creative workflows; • Prepare production-ready deliverables with exceptional attention to detail; • Participate in creative reviews and iterations.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior Production Design experience; • Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop); • Figma; • Experience using Claude and AI tools in professional workflows. • **Nice to have** • Adobe Illustrator After Effects; • Motion graphics knowledge; • Experience in agency environments; • Experience with AI experimentation in creative environments.
