📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end delivery of ongoing digital retainers, website maintenance projects, and SEO/GEO content-led initiatives • Serve as the primary operational contact for client stakeholders • Manage expectations, deliverables, timelines, and day-to-day communication • Coordinate developers, designers, content specialists, and digital strategists • Lead project planning, backlog prioritization, delivery coordination, and status meetings • Apply Agile or comparable methodologies as appropriate • Monitor budgets, resource allocation, team capacity, and delivery performance • Manage project scope, change requests, dependencies, and delivery risks • Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams and ensure deliverables meet client requirements and quality expectations • Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and delivery visibility using project management and collaboration tools

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience managing digital projects within a digital agency, technology consultancy, or digital product delivery environment • Proven experience managing client-facing websites, digital content, or comparable digital delivery projects • Ability to independently manage project delivery and coordinate multidisciplinary teams • Experience with budget tracking, resource/capacity planning, scope and change management, and delivery risk management • Project planning, prioritization, and organizational skills, including managing multiple concurrent workstreams • Practical experience with Agile or comparable project delivery methodologies • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Asana, or equivalent platforms • Advanced English communication skills, written and verbal • Experience managing client stakeholders and communicating project status, risks, dependencies, and expectations • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary remote or hybrid teams under tight deadlines • Must be LATAM-based • Mandatory availability to work 09:00–18:00 KSA time • Comfortable maintaining the schedule on an ongoing basis, including early-morning starts in Latin America • Professional fluency in Arabic is nice to have • PMP, CSM, Agile PM, or comparable project management certification is nice to have • Familiarity with CMS platforms and website delivery workflows is nice to have
