• Write and optimize conversion-driven copy across: Paid social ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) • Email & SMS campaigns and flows • Landing pages and product detail pages • Advertorials and funnels • Develop high-performing hooks, angles, and messaging frameworks • Partner with creative and media teams to concept and iterate ad creative • Continuously test variations (headlines, offers, positioning) to improve KPIs • Analyze performance data and translate insights into new copy directions • Write or support blog content aligned with SEO and brand goals • Collaborate with SEO or content teams to maintain consistency in voice and messaging
• 3+ years of direct response copywriting experience (DTC or performance marketing preferred) • Proven track record of writing copy that drives measurable results • Deep understanding of: Customer psychology and buyer intent • Offers, hooks, and urgency • Paid social and lifecycle marketing ecosystems • Experience working closely with paid media, creative, or growth teams • Comfort using data to inform decisions (you don’t need to be an analyst, but you use performance insights)
