📋 Description

• Handle the guest journey from inquiry to checkout, acting as a Digital Concierge. • Handle inbound calls and messages with warmth and professionalism. • Swiftly resolve guest issues by troubleshooting or coordinating with ground teams. • Act as a central hub between guests and staff to ensure property conditions. • Assist with reservation modifications and follow up with guests for reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Guest Services, Front Desk, or Concierge roles at reputable hotels or high-end dining establishments. • Neutral English accent for phone calls and near-native written English for messaging. • Ability to de-escalate upset guests with empathy. • Tech-savvy and able to navigate multiple browser tabs and learn new software quickly. • Reliable with the discipline to work from home without supervision. • Reliable Fiber connection (Min 25 Mbps) with backup connection.
