• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to demo, negotiation, and closing. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of mid-market clients across retail, FMCG, fashion, and beauty. • Identify key decision makers in merchandising, eCommerce, and data teams. • Run discovery sessions to understand pain points and show how Trustana can improve their operations. • Work with the marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies and sales materials. • Share insights from clients to help improve our product and messaging.
• At least three years of experience selling SaaS solutions with a record of closing mid-market or enterprise deals. • A strong understanding of eCommerce and retail systems such as PIM, ERP, or OMS. • Experience managing long and consultative sales processes with multiple stakeholders. • The ability to translate technical features into clear business outcomes. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable presenting to senior leaders. • A network in retail or consumer brands is a plus.
