📋 Description

• Configure AI agents, prompts, and workflows for customer accounts. • Translate customer requirements into scalable AI solutions. • Troubleshoot AI outputs, identify root causes, and improve results. • Validate data quality and create simple test cases for new workflows. • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver successful implementations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Implementation, Technical Consulting, Product, or a similar B2B SaaS role. • Strong understanding of data structures, mappings, imports, and APIs. • Experience using LLMs, AI agents, or prompt engineering in a practical setting. • Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues using logs, SQL, Python, or similar tools. • Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to problem solving. • Excellent communication skills and comfortable working directly with customers. • Nice to Have: Experience with PIM, ERP, eCommerce, or product data platforms. • Nice to Have: Experience with AI coding assistants or workflow automation tools. • Nice to Have: Startup experience.
