📋 Description

• Atender a clientes como teleoperador de atención al cliente por Call Center • Gestionar operaciones de atención al cliente de forma remota • Trabajar en horario rotativo de lunes a domingo, dentro de la franja de 6:00 pm a 5:00 am • Cumplir una jornada de 48 horas semanales • Trabajar con un día de descanso rotativo por semana

🎯 Requirements

• Experiencia laboral mínima de 1 año en ATC por Call Center (Cualquier rubro) • Contar con PC o Laptop (Mínimo 8GB de RAM, Windows 10 Pro y 11 Pro) • Internet fijo de 100 megas de velocidad • Operador de Internet: Claro, Movistar o Entel • Auriculares con micrófono o Headset • Mouse • Vivir en Lima o Callao (indispensable) • Estudios de Educación Secundaria • Gestión de 48 horas semanales
