📋 Description

• The Director, Data Sciences leads the Company’s enterprise-wide data science strategy and is responsible for developing scalable analytics capabilities that drive intelligent decision-making across clinical, operational, and business domains. • This leadership role within the Information Technology function focuses on deploying machine learning (ML) models, advancing artificial intelligence (AI) adoption, and enabling a data-informed culture across the organization. • Through strategic vision and collaborative execution, the Director supports the Company’s mission to deliver innovative, high-quality healthcare solutions powered by actionable insights. • Defines and leads the data science vision and roadmap in alignment with the company’s strategic business goals, while executing data monetization opportunities. • Builds and manages a multidisciplinary team of data scientists and ML engineers, promoting cross-functional collaboration across IT, Research and Development, manufacturing, operations, finance, and commercial teams. • Oversees the design and deployment of predictive models and AI/ML algorithms to drive improvements in inventory, sales, adherence, marketing performance, and quality assurance. • Partners with IT to implement secure, scalable data infrastructure and ensures compliance with data governance and regulatory frameworks including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and the Food and Drug Administration. • Communicates complex data insights in a clear, actionable format to senior leadership, identifying business opportunities and maximizing return on investment through advanced analytics. • While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the workday and frequently use their hands and fingers to handle or feel in order to access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. • The employee is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in data science, analytics, or ML, including 5 years in a leadership role; healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical experience strongly preferred. • Master’s degree or Doctor of Philosophy in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field. • Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate, Google Professional Data Engineer, or equivalent advanced data certification preferred. • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI in daily work to drive efficiency, solve problems, and enhance decision-making—adept at integrating AI-powered solutions into all workflows.
