Proactively analyze data, identify trends, and generate impactful recommendations to drive business goals
Compile trends allowing for detection model or rule adjustments.
Summarize and document findings with recommendations for data scientists
Support Risk Operations with process and tool improvements
Optimize Risk Operations strategy by identifying opportunities to automate processes
Be the primary point of contact with Data Science and Data Analytics/Engineering teams
Assist the customer support and sales teams by handling internal/external inquiries regarding approval/loss rates

Senior Risk Strategy Analyst

Accounting, Payroll & Financial Planning

• Lead and coordinate overall FP&A activities with subject matter expertise of all enterprise financial / economic drivers.
• Shape and facilitate our strategic financial planning processes, including 3-5 year enterprise model, the annual operating plan, rolling monthly forecasts and variance analyses, and the underlying financial planning models, systems and tools.
• Continuously and proactively optimize performance analytics that link key enterprise processes to financial results.
• Provide financial leadership on key strategic initiatives to govern economic rationale and investment merits.
• Develop presentation content that narrates the company’s financial performance and key business drivers in context of declared strategic objectives.
• Effectively present to the executive team, board of directors and investors (on an as needed basis).
• Partner with Senior Leaders across the company to champion sound financial management routines and enable operational excellence with function specific insights/reporting.
• Collaborate with Accounting in monthly close activities, to ensure accuracy of actuals and alignment to plan.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and drive continual process improvements to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy of planning & analysis activities.
• Effectively lead a remote, multicultural, finance team by hiring, retaining, developing, and mentoring the best talent.

Director, Financial Planning and Analysis

Product Manager

• Own product roadmap and requirements for expanding Trustly’s open banking connectivity and enhancing existing platform coverage
• Lead the planning, discovery/scoping, and prioritization of product features to achieve our product vision
• Drive enterprise-grade quality of the financial institution connectors through laser focus on key metrics, OKRs, dashboards and alerts
• Own product and business requirements for product initiatives
• Drive the end-to-end integrations with platform partners and third-party solution providers, including understanding technical discovery, definition, development, testing and migration
• Provide product support to engineering in testing and QA
• Work closely with Engineering, Data, Sales, Customer Success, Banking Relations, Finance, Operations, and other Product teams to identify business opportunities and expand capabilities
• Continuously work with Engineering and cross-functional partners to enhance breadth and depth of bank coverage and data retrieval performance

Senior Product Manager

• Product representative in intaking, prioritizing and resolving FIC-related support questions and issues in various Slack channels.
• Doing product research and investigations with Engineers to resolve issues, communicate with stakeholders about the resolutions.
• Working with stakeholders to build and execute a clear prioritization framework; and improving the efficiency and speed of solving FIC product related issues.

Associate Product Manager

Customer Success & Support

Act as the primary business point of contact for our portfolio of gaming merchants and serve as a trusted consultant on their behalf
Understand and articulate the merchant’s executive priorities and define initiatives where Trustly’s product offering can drive incremental business value
Analyze and interpret merchant performance (e.g., conversion, share of checkout, approval rates, net losses)
Assess specific customer issues, conduct operational and financial analysis and produce presentation-ready deliverables that drive key business insights
Drive customer optimization discussions and programs – UX improvements, best practices, benchmarking, A/B testing
Conduct regular business reviews with merchants and internal stakeholders
Work with Sales, Product, Engineering, Business Intelligence and Marketing to ensure deployments lead to sustained customer value and ongoing customer success
Collaborate and share customer feedback with internal Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other cross-functional colleagues to enhance ongoing product development efforts
Become an expert on Trustly’s payments and data solutions
Build a team of CS Managers to work across accounts

• As Trustly’s Director - Business Systems & Operations you will drive process and operational excellence through automation, decision support and operational performance management.
• You are an experienced executive energized by a player/coach role, where you both establish strategic priorities, but are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to help our teams execute with excellence.
• Business Process Re-engineering (BPR/BPRE) - Driving productivity & quality of processes within workflows. “Industrial engineering” in the Fintech context. Process/journey mapping & design. System & Technology Oversight - Configuration, management and optimization of enterprise systems (in particular Salesforce CRM utilized across our go-to-market, risk, and support teams). Designing & implementing systems to improve customer experiences and streamline internal operations.
• Collaboration with product and technology teams to integrate product/platform experiences, data and workflows Modeling & Analytics - Value-added insights on consumer experience and operational performance. KPI Management - Steward organizational KPI design, management, target setting and reviews. Data - Optimization of Data and Data Flows (elements, fields, objects, etc.) Collaboration with data/analytics team to develop and deploy reporting, dashboard and data element/object requirements.
• Business Process Management (BPM) - Establishment and management of corporate operational performance mechanisms and rhythm (e.g. weekly operational KPI meetings, quarterly OKR, strategy reviews, etc..) Collaboration with FP&A to support forecasting and performance measurement, and PMO for strategic program management.
