📋 Description
• Own the brand creative vision and visual identity system • Lead and mentor the brand design team (currently 2 designers) • Drive major creative projects including campaigns, brand refreshes, and new product launches • Establish and maintain brand guidelines and creative standards • Partner with marketing on go-to-market creative • Present creative work and strategy to senior leadership • Manage external agencies and freelancers when needed
🎯 Requirements
• 8 plus years in brand, creative, or design roles • Strong portfolio showing brand identity, visual systems, and creative direction • Experience managing designers or creative teams • Comfortable operating at both the strategic and executional level • Background in both agency and in-house environments preferred • Strong communicator who can articulate creative decisions clearly
