📋 Description

• Utilise the AWS data lake to gather, process, and analyse large datasets, ensuring data is accessible, accurate, and actionable. • Lead the development of data analytics initiatives, focusing on creating meaningful insights for business units. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop metrics, reports, and dashboards that drive decision-making. • Define and implement data governance practices, ensuring data integrity and security. • Develop automated reporting systems and scalable analytics processes. • Serve as the subject matter expert for data analytics within the organization. • Mentor and train other employees on best practices in data analytics, visualization, and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably in a fast-growing tech environment. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent work experience. • Proven expertise in building and managing data lakes, with hands-on experience in AWS (S3, Athena, Redshift, Glue). • Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and experience with Python or R. • Demonstrated experience in establishing data governance frameworks and ensuring data quality. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
