• Responsible for driving high-impact strategic initiatives across the business in partnership with executive leadership. • Operate cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Operations, Finance, and Enablement. • Serve as a central point of coordination for complex programs and operational priorities. • Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders. • Build and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, timelines, risks, and executive status reporting. • Identify operational inefficiencies and drive process improvement initiatives across the organization. • Help operationalize key GTM initiatives including segmentation, territory design, enablement programs, and strategic partnerships. • Develop executive-ready presentations, summaries, dashboards, and business updates.
• 3–7 years of experience in strategic operations, program management, revenue operations, consulting, chief of staff, or related business operations roles • Experience supporting executive leadership and driving cross-functional initiatives • Background in B2B SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments preferred • Experience working within Revenue, GTM, Operations, or Customer-facing organizations strongly preferred • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
