📋 Description

• Define the business outcomes for every tool HQ builds. • Determine the “build vs. integrate” strategy for each module in the cannabis tech stack. • Prioritize competing internal initiatives and maintain a single source of truth for what gets built, why, and in what order. • Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, BD, and delivery teams to ensure each release ties directly to client impact (revenue, SG&A reduction, AR acceleration, inventory accuracy, etc.). • Lead product discovery across the entire cannabis ecosystem—understanding where Dutchie, Hoodie, Metrc, and other cannatech players begin and end, and where HQ should fill the gaps.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Product Management OR deep ops + technical hybrid experience. • Experience with API-driven products or workflow automation. • Familiarity with cannatech systems (Dutchie, Hoodie, Metrc, Odoo, Indica Online, or similar). • Ability to translate messy operational processes into structured, automated workflows. • Strong analytical and documentation skills. • Experience working with engineers, data teams, and non-technical stakeholders. • Comfort leading discovery with clients and turning insights into roadmap items.
