• Virtual Assistants and Executive Assistants help business owners and teams buy back their time by taking ownership of essential tasks that allow the business to operate and grow more efficiently. • Manage inboxes and respond to routine emails • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and reminders • Respond to support inquiries via email, chat, phone, or ticketing systems • Draft social media captions and schedule posts • Conduct market and competitor research • Schedule personal or family appointments
• 1+ year of experience in administrative, operational, or executive assistant roles • Excellent English communication skills (C1–C2 level, written and spoken) • Strong organizational and time management skills • Proactive and resourceful—able to solve problems independently • Comfortable learning new tools and digital systems quickly • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools • Experience with traditional digital tools like Slack, Canva, Asana, CRMs, and scheduling apps • Must have own webcam, microphone, and computer (relevant software and subscriptions provided) • Access to a quiet work area at home with reliable internet (100 Mbps or more)
