📋 Description

• Company mission: simplifying the process of starting and scaling new healthcare businesses; customers serve over 2 million patient lives and manage an annual $10+ billion in medical spend. • Leadership team background includes founding and leading a national digital health company that was acquired; team is tight-knit and fast-moving. • Role: Customer Success Manager supporting top clients and helping manage the next level of scale within the Customer Success team. • Own the relationship with the largest enterprise clients as main point of contact through onboarding and overall experience. • Lead regular meetings with key clients to strengthen relationships, understand evolving needs, and drive long-term success. • Lead cross-functional projects with leadership to scale the business. • Contribute to building rigorous systems to increase productivity and enable 10x scale. • Proactively remove process roadblocks for the Customer Success team. • Inspire and mentor the team, driving high-velocity execution.
