📋 Description

• Plan, build, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as: • - Google Search & Display • - Google Local Services Ads • - Meta (Facebook/Instagram) • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting tailored to clients’ specific needs • Write and test ad copy • Set up conversion tracking and ensure campaigns are optimized for leads (calls, form fills, appointment requests) • Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing optimizations to improve CPL and ROI • Provide clear, concise performance reporting and insights • Collaborate with the agency lead on strategy, testing plans, and next steps • Ensure compliance with healthcare advertising policies (HIPAA-aware best practices) when necessary

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on paid media management experience • Strong experience with Google Ads (Search is a must; Local Services Ads a plus) • Experience marketing for healthcare, medical practices, or professional services preferred • Ability to manage campaigns independently and proactively • Data-driven mindset with a focus on lead quality, not just clicks • Clear communicator who is responsive and organized • Comfortable working as an hourly contractor with evolving workloads
