📋 Description
• Lead the engineering team through a critical 90-day transformation • Involves architecting and building the unified Clients tab in Weave • Hands-on leadership position requiring system design, coding, team coordination, and establishment of engineering practices
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years full-stack development experience, including 2+ years in fintech • Highly autonomous: owns architecture and decisions end-to-end, while communicating clearly and keeping everyone aligned • Strong skills in Python, Golang, React, and AWS serverless • Experience in system design and architecture • Experience leading small engineering teams (2-5 engineers) • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments • Nice to have: Apex Ascend API experience, Golang, React Native, AI/ML integration
