• We are looking for participants to join a research project focused on Apple Watch usage. If you've been actively using your Apple Watch since May 2024, this is a great opportunity to get involved! • Project Goal: We aim to better understand how Apple Watch users interact with health and wellness features over time. Your participation will help us improve future user experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• You own an Apple Watch Series 4 or newer. • You have been consistently using the watch for at least one year, starting from May 2024. • You typically wear the watch for at least 4 days per week, and more than 12 hours per day. • For the past year, you have had at least one of the following notifications enabled at all times: Stand Up and Move Around, Mindful Session, Handwashing Timer. • Confirming your eligibility. • A short online interview or survey. • Potential further participation in the study.
