• Partner directly with client teams to diagnose performance challenges. • Translate business priorities into actionable interventions. • Drive measurable outcomes and support execution. • Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and cross‑functional partners. • Apply change management principles to drive sustained behavior change. • Define success metrics tied to business goals and track effectiveness.
• 8+ years of experience in performance consulting, business consulting, organizational effectiveness, change management, or related advisory roles. • Proven experience diagnosing performance issues and designing outcome‑based interventions beyond standalone training. • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand enterprise priorities and operational realities. • Experience working embedded within client teams, preferably in Fortune 500 or large matrixed organizations. • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex stakeholder environments. • Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting approach as client needs evolve.
