📋 Description
• Answer incoming communications from customers • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues • Ownership over resolving escalated or complex calls from customers • Contribute to the success of the customer experience and the overall success of the team
🎯 Requirements
• 6 months or more of customer services experience • High school diploma or equivalent • Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish-English • Computer experience • High speed internet (>15 mbps)
