📋 Description

• Recommend upgrades to health plans based on customer needs • Conduct research and do outbound calls regarding healthcare benefit and eligibility questions • Assist members with online health account functionality and locating information

🎯 Requirements

• 6 months or more of customer service experience • Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy • High school diploma or equivalent • Computer experience • High speed internet (> 15 mbps) • USB wired headset recommended
