📋 Description

• Transform data into actionable insights supporting business decision-making • Perform recurring reporting and ad hoc analysis • Support measurement, dashboards, and reporting • Investigate data and document data sources, business logic, assumptions, and reporting requirements • Communicate findings through written summaries, presentations, and visualizations • Translate stakeholder questions into analytical approaches, hypotheses, metrics, and recommendations • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, scorecards, and visualizations • Apply AI-enabled tools and automation to improve efficiency and insight generation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior team members • Build business understanding, consulting skills, and stakeholder management capabilities over time

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in a data analyst or consultant role • Contact center or health care experience is a plus • Advanced SQL expertise, including joins, CTEs, window functions, and complex aggregations • Experience with large-scale data platforms such as Databricks, Azure Synapse, or Snowflake • Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau • Comfortable working with ambiguous business questions and independently determining the appropriate analytical approach • Actively experiments with emerging AI and automation capabilities • Ability to identify underlying problems and opportunities beyond the immediate request • Proven ability to interpret analytical output and translate data into insights • Knowledge of statistical concepts such as significance testing and sampling • Strong time management skills and ability to manage competing demands • Strong attention to detail • Comfortable working primarily during US business hours • Ability to collaborate with global teams
