• Lead ServiceNow projects across modules, including SCM, FSM, ITSM, ITOM, HR, and GRC • Create and manage project charters, plans, and documentation using NowCreate methodology • Coordinate Agile and Hybrid Agile implementations with cross-functional teams • Ensure compliance with project management standards and methodologies • Communicate project status to stakeholders and facilitate client discussions • Track milestones and maintain integrated delivery plans • Manage project activities using tools such as MS Project, Excel, and ServiceNow-PPM/ITBM • Support financial tracking and reporting for projects • Identify and manage project risks and trade-offs • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient project execution
• 4–7 years of project management experience, preferably in a consulting environment • Experience managing ServiceNow projects using Agile and Hybrid Agile methodologies • Familiarity with NowCreate methodology for ServiceNow implementations • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Experience with project management tools including MS Project, Excel, Word, and ServiceNow-PPM/ITBM • Preferred: Experience with ServiceNow modules: SCM, ITSM, ITOM, HR, and GRC • Preferred: PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification is a plus • Preferred: ITIL V3 or V4 Foundations Certification • Ability to produce clear documentation for technical and non-technical audiences
