📋 Description

• Lead quarterly engagement with key industry stakeholders (e.g. suppliers, customers, research institutes). • Publish, participate, and present the comprehensive industry analysis reports to senior management quarterly, including market forecasts, supply-demand dynamics, and trend insights. • Work with the strategic marketing team to monitor market developments, media coverage, and stakeholder activities to deliver timely business impact assessments. • Conduct market research and data analysis from the annual customer satisfaction survey activity to identify and predict current and future market & customer trends. • Support yearly STRAP (Strategic Planning) and budget planning cycle activities with industry and market analysis, STRAP and budget preparations and presentations. • Own and assess the appropriate research database and reports for analysis. • Work with the research institutes to conduct and deliver the research analysis for the company and internal users. • Work closely with supervisor, Sector and Business Unit Presidents to fulfill business analysis requests and deliver actionable insights. • Lead and participate the assigned company growth initiatives to deliver business growth results. • Manage and develop a high-performing team to ensure alignment with the company and strategic goals of the department / function.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline including Engineering; MBA preferred. • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business consulting, strategic planning, or market analysis. • Experience in the printed circuit board (“PCB”), semiconductor, or electronics industry is a strong advantage. • Background in multinational corporations or global consulting firms is highly desirable. • Strong analytical, strategic thinking skills, and high quality business presentation. • Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English. • Bi-lingual in English and Chinese (Reading and verbal) is highly preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
